A heartfelt "Thank You" to my tribe.

Several years ago I was listening to podcasts, lost, and trying to figure out how to move forward and find fulfillment in my career. That is when I learned about the importance of finding your tribe from Seth Godin. What I took away from that podcast was that who you spend time with has a paramount effect on who you become, what you do, and how successful you are. I didn't know then how true that could be or how much it would mean to me in the future.

About 48 hours ago, I officially launched Florish, a subscription floral company. Two weeks before that, I took the plunge and worked the last day at my full time job. Four months prior, my husband said something that sparked the idea for it all. So much has happened since then. A lot of late nights, early mornings, research, questions, sweat, tears, coffee, and love. So much love.

The love I want to highlight today is the love and gratitude I feel for my tribe. Without your love and support, I wouldn't have had the courage to start Florish. I wouldn't have had the confidence to take a chance. I wouldn't have pushed through all of the rough parts. I wouldn't have been able to make decisions about which containers to choose, or what branding solution is best. I wouldn't have made the connections with the right people. Your love, support, and unwavering belief in me and in Florish, it is everything to me. I could not do this without you.

Thank you for listening. Thank you for checking up on me. Thank you for your invaluable input and ideas. Thank you for connecting me with resources and potential customers. Thank you for the positive reinforcement. Thank you for believing.

"Thank you" will never be sufficient, but I promise to pay it forward. I am currently developing a philanthropic program for Florish that I plan to launch in a couple of months. Details to come.
